LEGAL AID

Legal aid clients are individuals or organisations who qualify for government-funded legal support, ensuring they can pursue or defend legal matters regardless of their financial circumstances.

We believe that access to justice should never be determined by someone’s ability to pay, and we are proud to support a system that promotes fairness, transparency and equal opportunity for all.

By working with legal aid cases, we contribute to a more balanced and accessible judicial process, helping to ensure that every individual has their voice heard.

As part of this commitment, we are pleased to confirm that we do accept legal aid clients.

Legal aid instructions must be received through a solicitor or authorised law firm, as all legal aid matters are administered and funded by the Legal Aid Agency. For this reason, we are unable to accept legal aid enquiries directly from individuals, as any work carried out under legal aid must be formally instructed and approved by the acting solicitor managing the case.

If you are an individual seeking legal support and believe you may qualify for legal aid, we recommend contacting a qualified solicitor or using trusted directories such as the Law Society “Find a Solicitor” service to locate firms experienced in legal aid work, or GOV.UK to check eligibility and find a legal aid provider.
